NFL Concussion Settlements

In light of recent events, the Supreme Court has decided not to hear the appeal of several players. The NFL Concussion Settlement Program was approved and became effective on January 7, 2017.

How We Will Help You:

  • Step 1: We will send you to get a neuropsych and neuro exam. This will help us determine if you are eligible for the settlement.
  • Step 2: Upon reviewing your results, we will work with your loved ones to compile an affidavit on your behalf. If you are eligible, this will help to support your claims.
  • Step 3: We will begin registering you for the program. This can begin on February 6, 2017.
